Booking

• Booking is confirmed only after advance payment.
• Full payment must be completed before check-in.

Guest Responsibility

Damages

Any damage to property, furniture, pool equipment, electronics, or fixtures will be charged to the guest.

Pool Usage

• Pool usage is at guests' own risk.
• Children must be supervised by adults.
• Management is not responsible for accidents caused by negligence.

Noise Policy

Guests are requested to maintain reasonable noise levels and respect neighboring properties.

Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Illegal substances
• Vandalism
• Dangerous behavior
• Activities causing damage to property

Management Rights

Vidhaan Farm House reserves the right to refuse service or terminate bookings for violation of these terms.
